This redevelopment of an apartment of the eighteenth century in the heart of the Marais retains the charm of the old while mixing in elements contemporains. A glass wall separates the living space from the chamber to let the light spread throughout the Saint Paul apartment. A “Technical Wall” (sheltering bathroom, toilet, laundry and dressing) is concealed behind a wall of solid walnut. A choice of raw materials and neutral colors to highlight the existing volumes.
